Property & Guest Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated, organised person based in the Lecce/Brindisi area to join us as our first Property & Guest Coordinator. You will be the operational heartbeat of our rental management business — ensuring properties run smoothly and guests have exceptional experiences.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate check-in and check-out with keyholders
  • Handle guest communication pre-arrival and during stays
  • Manage cleaning and maintenance schedules
  • Complete Alloggiati Web guest registrations
  • Prepare monthly owner statements and reports
  • Assist with property onboarding and photography coordination

What we're looking for

  • Based in Lecce, Brindisi, or surrounding area
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) — essential
  • Italian mother tongue or near-native
  • Experience in hospitality, property management, or tourism
  • Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
  • Driving licence and own transport

  • Experience in real estate, luxury hospitality, or client services

Manages refurbishment projects end-to-end for international clients — coordinating geometri, architects, contractors, permits, and budgets. Puglia market knowledge essential.

  • Background in construction, architecture, or project management
