ApuliaHomes is an integrated property services business based in Lecce and Brindisi. We help international buyers find, buy, renovate, and manage homes in Puglia — in their language, with local expertise.

Open role
We are looking for a motivated, organised person based in the Lecce/Brindisi area to join us as our first Property & Guest Coordinator. You will be the operational heartbeat of our rental management business — ensuring properties run smoothly and guests have exceptional experiences.
On the horizon

The person who builds relationships with international buyers and owners, qualifies enquiries, and ensures every client feels looked after from first contact to signed mandate.
Manages refurbishment projects end-to-end for international clients — coordinating geometri, architects, contractors, permits, and budgets. Puglia market knowledge essential.
Creates and delivers exceptional experiences for guests and property owners — from airport transfers and restaurant bookings to private tours and local partnerships.
Self-employed individuals in the Salento or Valle d'Itria area who can provide reliable keyholder, check-in, and property inspection services on a per-property basis.
